LO CHENG HSIEN Lo Cheng-Hsien, like many of his fellow artists, had received formal artistic training and went to teach art in junior high school after graduation from NTUA. Having taught for ten years in Tainan, Luo left for Taipei and began his teaching career in college. Having great aspiration for himself, he devoted his free time in the study and creation of ink painting. Inspired by Fu Juan-Fu's lanscape series of Taiwan, Luo travelled around Taiwan to study after natural scenery.
